Q. What happens if I need help with my order on the Heritage Bank Merchandise Hub or I have a query regarding my order?

Q. There is an item sitting in low or no stock that I would like to order. What do I do?
A. If an item you would like is not in stock, you may like to consider ordering something else. Alternatively, email marketing.bdi@heritage.com.au before placing your order and we will advise when the items will be back in stock.
Q. What happens if I want to order other promotional merchandise that are not listed on the Heritage Bank Merchandise Hub?
A. Please feel free to send suggestions for products to Marketing at marketing.bdi@heritage.com.au. The team will take your recommended products on board when review of products and new ideas are needed. However, branches can only order the selected products on the Hub. If you are a community branch, please complete the Community Branch Custom Merchandise Request on HIVE noting in ‘Anything Else’ the item you would like a quote on.
Q.I only want to order one or two items, do I need to order it online still?
A. Yes, if you have a small order, please place this through the system. Even if it is just one item. During the approval process, Marketing will make the decision to have the item sent from our warehouse or via internal mail.
Q. What is the approval process?
A. Once your order has been placed, an automatic email will be generated to your Regional Manager (for branches) for their approval of the order. Once they have approved, another automatic email will be sent to Marketing for approval. Once complete, our supplier will pack and send your order from the warehouse in Brisbane.
Q. Do I have the pay for freight and if so, how much?
A. Yes, all orders incur freight charged which is calculated based on the distance, weight and number of boxes. The cost can vary anywhere between $10 - $50. This is charged to your cost centre once we receive an invoice from our supplier (end of each month).
Q. Where are the costs charged?
A. Orders places on the Heritage Bank Merchandise Hub will be charged to your appropriate cost centre. This will be done as a journal at the end of the month. The cost charged to your cost centre will also include the freight costs of the order.
Q. My branch is a community branch and I would like to order merchandise with our Community Branch Logo. How do I do this?
A. Please complete the Community Branch Custom Merchandise Request on HIVE. Marketing will then liaise with our supplier to have quotes prepared and sent to you for your custom merchandise.
Q. I want to order an item for myself (as a staff member), can I do this and how can I pay for it?
A.A. If ordering an items as a staff member for yourself, you will need to arrange payment of this. Please email marketing.bdi@heritage.com.au to arrange this order.
